I have used Hoerner plumbing for many years. This time it was a difficult clogged kitchen drain that required many attempts and took about 4 hours. Nathaniel was outstanding. He thought it through, had a step by step problem solving strategy and followed it through, carefully and thoroughly. He was patient with my questions and was very nice to work with.
I have used Hoerner many times and remain loyal to the company.
