We had an urgent need to replace our water heater, and Hoerner staff were very understanding and arranged for the company to respond next day, much to our surprise and appreciation. Mark and Alex were very professional, personable, and courteous, and the replacement went very smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hoerner, based on our experience.
