Stopped sewer gas by correcting washer-dryer installation,
My basement apartment tenants continuously complained of a persistent odor...but I couldn't find the source. Lance from Hoerner arrived within an hour and accurately assessed the problem. The washer dryer had been installed incorrectly and was missing the P-trap and allowing sewage gas into the apartment.
