Had our laundry tub replaced in Feb. 2016. Actually did't use it until a couple of months ago and it leaked. Called Hillcrest to have someone come out to rectify the situation.

Was told by a VERY rude person that now I would have to pay for the service as the 90 day guarantee was up. 90 days? No one told me it was only guaranteed for ninety days. Shouldn't your work last longer than that? Especially for $700 worth of work.

Avoid these guys like the plague- I guess someone will getting paid to fix our leaking laundry tub.

Called Hillcrest early in the morning to replace a water tank. I was called back within the hour with a timefame of when they would come and an exact quote for the replacement. Their employee, Ken, was friendly, on time, and even gave us a bit of a discount as my husband was so helpful. I couldn't have asked for more!

Called for a price to replace a hot water tank and authorized them to do it for $850 - and they must call me for any additional charges. Got the bill for $1200 and their office staff advised after the fact that they needed to replace an additional part and charged me for it and to get it from their van. Asked why they didn't call as required and they had no answer. Their only response was that they refuse to do the job without it. Really unfair as that should've been quoted and they were required to get my permission first - not do it and bill me afterwards. Have read other reviews about this company's shady practices.

The service man came promptly as requested. Checking and repair works were done but the costs is more than we have expected but, what option do I have?! I think they shouldn't have charged for that amount for the works!
