We had a electrical problem with one part of the house without electricity. We could not get any response from Enersource for more than 24 hours, so we decided to call Hi-Lite.
Luciano responded, figured out that it is a Enersource problem. He called the control room and within an hour Enersource was on site to put in a temporary fix so that all our 120V stuff could work, and arrange for the 240V part to get fixed after the long weekend.
Luciano really went above and beyond. He called afterwards to ask if Enersource fixed the problem. What make this so extraordinary is that he arrange all and follow up, and it did cost as anything (I put in an amount in the review to make sure it get posted.)
Anyway, I know for sure that if we have electrical work to be done in future, we will definitely call Hi-Lite.
