When I purchased the furnace from Heating Plus, they were very helpful because they wanted to make a sale. The installation went ok, or so I thought. When it came to using the air conditioning in the summer, it turned out they never connected the overflow hose to the condesate pump. As a result, the water flooded my basement and ruined my carpet. They worst part is that after I contacted them, they never came to service the problem. They said they couldn't locate a service technician (???). In the end, I contacted another company who came out the next day and solved the problem. I had to pay $135.
This is the reponse I received from Heating Plus when I told them of the review I was posting...

You can go to _ _ _ _, the overflow was connected, you are an _ _ _- _ _ _ _!, we installed a furnace not an A/C.
- Approximate cost of services:
