HAD TO REPLACE SMALL WINDOW 1 SIDE, SAW AWESOME REVIEWS FOR WINDOW DOCTOR COMPANY ,WE THOUGH WAS LOCAL BUT IS U.S MULTI NATIONAL MARKETED AS LOCAL. GAVE LARGE DEPOSIT THEN FOUND LOCAL COMPANY THAT WOULD DO JOB IN 2 WEEKS AT HALF THE PRICE.JOB TOOK MONTHS HAD TO PHONE 6 TIMES GETTING DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THE US

We had a number of different window sizes replaced due to broken seals. The half moon windows were removed, a template completed and within hours the new glass arrived onsite and installed. The team installed the other windows while waiting for the delivery of the half moon glass . The installers, Jason and Beckham were professional and courteous. We will definitely use Glass Doctor again.

I broke a cranky out baywindow, They were there fast and efficiently. Price was reasonable. Chad and Dan did a great job. Will be doing more window replacements with them in the future.

Their communication could have been better. Needed lots of windows done. Asked for two quotes based on bottom line prices depending on which windows were done, but told by estimator that he could only provide one in writing and the explanations were very confusing. They emailed a very non-specific estimate, which you would think should have detailed which windows were going where . When the installers came to the house they told me quite a few windows they were about to do were different windows from those I'd specified--but eventually, when they saw the window sizes in their van, they realized I was right. Work was done well and efficiently. When they left there was no itemization warranty to state which windows were done when, which is confusing since other windows by the company had been done five years ago (thus affecting the starting point of guarantee differently for some windows). Emailed questions but no response. Phoned and they said they have records but they would have to access them but the person who could do that was away. I yet to hear back from them after a month.

This review is not necessary for Barrie franchise but for GlassDoctor service as a company in whole.
I will share my story of experience with GlassDoctor:
1) Glass Doctor franchise you used for the service can close on you and main office is not taking responsibility for the franchise's quality of work and glass warranty.
2) the quality of the window glass is very bad: from the 7 windows, 2 were foggy within just a little above one year. One more became foggy after 3 years. Others, the filler starts to lift and pill within about one year and all become drafty.
3) the warranty is misleading, since, if even your franchise is still around and will replace the window glasses of inferior quality, they will replace them with the same inferior quality product.

We had our entire house redone. From the quote to manufacture to installation, the team was Professional and courteous. Chad and Jason were great at the install. They cleaned up everything. We are so glad we went with Glass Dr. Great Job !!

Personnel are very courteous, and professional.
They completed the work in a timely manner.
We were shuttled to a place of our choosing and picked up after the
job was completed.
