Excellent service, professional staff, very knowledgable and friendly. Installation crew was professional and tidy. A bit of a wait between purchase and installation but the excellent product made it worth while.

the men did an excellent job they arrived on schedule and time were very polite at all times and worked in a n orderly fashion in a very knowlei never exposing us to the cold more than they needed to They left all both inside and out in a very neat way,They were always ready to answer my qustions in a very knowledgable way

Consultation with Philip was very informative, helpful and relaxed. He took time to observe the surrounding homes in the neighbourhood. Our almost 80 year old home had the original wood and leaded windows and interior gumwood trim. He was very respectful of our concern with preserving the integrity of our house appearance as well as affordability. He gave us all the information we needed to make a confident and comfortable decision without pressure. The installers Walter, and his assistant, were extremely skilled, efficient, very neat and tidy and nice guys. They did a terrific job. We are so pleased with the end result. The time from placing the order and deposit to installation was 16 weeks, longer than the 8-10 weeks we had anticipated. However that did not concern us as time was not an issue. Overall a most pleasant experience dealing with this company.

I have dealt with Gem on many occasions in the past 10 years.This is the 3rd and biggest job to date with them. Seymour was very helpful in helping us select the doors for our project. They arrived as scheduled and were installed less than a week after coming from the factory.Installation was very professionally done and the doors look amazing! Excellent job once again!

these guys are great...they did the job....5 years later i had to replace a window part and they did it....what service. they have the staff that really are interested in their jobs and love it.

there quote was $1200 less than Pollards. 5 weeks to make them, 3 hours to install, everything went according to plan. the guys were professional and did an excellent job.

We needed to replace 3 small basement windows. The service we received was outstanding -- the windows look amazing. Our Salesman/installer was extremely helpful -- even removed the scratches off our front door -- I am so thrilled. Punctuality and professionalism were exceptional.
