Replacement of ground floor windows
We were very happy with the service provided to us by GEM As related to our ground floor windows being replaced.
From the initial visit from Jim to the final cleanup by Ziggy and his helper the work was professional, high quality, and on time.
We are very happy with the look and function of the windows. The installers also did a great job of showing up on time, installing within the estimated 2hrs and and cleaning up the job site. I would definitely recommend GEM if you are looking for reliable service and a quality product.
My only suggestion for improvement would be their payment policy. It was inconvenient that I had to come in and pay the balance owing in cash or via cheque or get hit with a service charge if I chose to pay via credit card over the phone.

We provide our customers the many choices for payment from Cash, check and or financing, all the terms for payment are finalized upon signing of the contract, in your case the check was to be left for the installers on day of installation, not sure why you would have to come in to pay? Also the cost of final payment on credit card is a service that adds to your discounted cash/ check price and is disclosed on the front page of your contract on day of signing, some clients prefer the convenience of this and also to get there travel points, we are sorry if this ccaused you any inconvenience!Thank you for you comments and your business!
