Bed headboard/footboard and mattress/box spring
This was by far THE WORST customer service experience I've EVER had. Let's start by saying while we were in store looking, a fight broke out between sales and an angry returning customer. We bought a Queen bed frame and mattress/box spring. We had the typical delays in delivery dates and when the items were delivered of course the bed frame was missing pieces and we told the delivery folks on the spot. This was when the hell really began. Apparently you can no longer deal with the actual store once you've purchased an item, you are forwarded to their "customer service" department. I have never dealt with more ignorant and rude people in all my life. I spent days calling them asking when we were going to get our correct pieces. I was passed on from person to person getting no where. I asked for my money back, told them they could keep what they still had and to come and pick up the rest - we didn't want it. Well, they wouldn't have any of that. The agents so did not want to deal with me that when I called and finally said I wanted to speak with a manager the girl lied and said she was the manager. So I complain to her and then the actual manager takes the call and I say I thought I was speaking to the manager before - he proceeds to call me a liar and says that I'm pushy and he wonders how my husband even puts up with me...pardon? Well, let's say he bowed down when said husband called and gave him a piece of him mind for speaking to me that way. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
