We are sorry and very disappointed to see that you feel your recent experience with us was a 0-star-rating. Unfortunately, we cannot control the wait times on patio doors, we ourselves are not the manufacturers of the patio doors, and we are at the mercy of the suppliers. Since the Covid-19 impacted all our lives product delays are very common and are beyond our control, we try very hard to accommodate all our customers quickly and efficiently. There is an industry-wide shortage of some key raw materials and this supply disruption has affected the timely production of windows and doors causing late deliveries and installations. We assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation and avoid delays. We have reached out to the supplier and your local branch manager will contact you to update you on the status of your order. We hope after the installation of your doors that you will reconsider your 0-rating and give us a chance to earn your confidence again. We value your business and would like to retain you as a customer.

We are sorry to hear that one of your windows did not qualify for the rebate. The reason your window did not qualify for the energy rebate is because you requested for the bathroom window to be frosted for privacy. Frosted windows do not qualify for the energy rebate.
