Follow up service after installation
I had a big order of new windows in 2015 from Clera. Most of them were casement windows which require a hand crank to operate the opening mechanism. I am generally happy with the windows so far. However, I was having some issues with the opening gear stripping and therefore no longer working to actually open the windows. I contacted my local Clera rep for some time (over 6 months) to get the repairs, but no luck / no response. I then contacted Clera Head office, and they were able to send me the parts needed at no charge because of the Lifetime Warranty. Thanks to Clera Head Office for helping me out.
