Order was placed in August 2022, deposit taken on October 25,2022. I've been trying to get a status update on if and when we can get an installation date but sales rep doesn't respond to phone calls, voice mail or text messages. Call head office to get some action and only get promises to get sales rep to reach out, no response. Call to speak with higher up and can only get a voice mail. Not exactly a bell ringer with respect to customer service. I'm on the verge of pulling the plug but fear getting my deposit back will be a nightmare. Be for warned. Consider a deposit only if and when they can provide a real commitment. Received a response and corrective action has been taken. We expect installation in the near future and will update the response based on the final work. I appreciate the effort and understand the issues with supply the supply chain. This was never the issue. We simply would like to stay informed and we were not getting any responses on our requests for information (very frustrating). I look forward to the final stages. Thanks

Since the Covid-19 impacted all our lives product delays are very common and are beyond our control, we try very hard to accommodate all our customers quickly and efficiently. There is an industry-wide shortage of some key raw materials and this supply disruption has affected the timely production of windows and doors causing late deliveries and installations. We assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation and avoid delays. We hope after the installation of your doors that you will reconsider your 0-rating and give us a chance to earn your confidence again.
