Two summers ago we had Clera install 2 doors, 2 screen doors and some windows. We had to bug for the installers to come back 2 extra times to fix the doors. The one screen door was ordered to open the wrong way, and it took a whole year to get a new door that opened the correct way!
We noticed that the front screen wasn't taut and would blow in, and I mentioned this to the installers. They said it was just loose and needed adjusted each time it happens. Now the screen is getting caught and rips. The front screen door lock does not hold either. We really wanted it to lock as we have concrete steps below it, and small children. This screen door was very expensive, and we expected much better service and quality for the price that we paid.
