Floors Direct West

EJ came out to my home and was very professional. The job was a total of 1100 square feet of hardwood. The install team of Kong and Rodger did a nice job installing and clean up. My family is very impressed with the finished product.
I will recommend Floors Direct West to anyone.

Floors Direct at this location on Dixie acknowledged that the floor repair was botched. The installer was not experienced. They invited they would make good and redo the work . But then drifted away with excused and never followed up. Worse they then denied that they had esssed u even though I had the emails. STAY AWAY.

We bought hardwood from them.... firstly they started with quote of 4.99 which when we checked with other places they decided to match and lower to 4.58..thanks and kudos ! all good business and no complaints.

The moment though when i was away and my wife went to finalize everything, they took advantage of her nicety and her trust by selling the transitions and moldings for 3X the market price!! Would say that is very very shady business....transitions and moldings for $100+ a piece??? We had high opinion for them until this hit...

Yes, we as consumers should have been more careful but please don't go by their word! Things could have been handled better. Every business is in for a profit - which is fair but trying to take advantage of a customer is not a part of good ethics!

I've been dealing with Josie ever since they opened their location . We bought our first home nearby and walked in and have had all of flooring needs purchased thru them . We always were given great product and a great price . In fact we have referred many of our family and friends to them and they were amazed at the pricing and products available . All of our flooring needs have and will be purchased from them as they treat us as great customers and never disappoint .

I would like to thank Josie for her amazing knowledge we were given. I researched many flooring companies Direct Floors came in at the best price. Josie worked out pricing according to our budget, making our condo renovation a breeze.

Josie and Ed were very helpful with finding the hardwood my daughter wanted for her new condo. Frank and his boys installed the flooring quickly and without any glitches as occurs in installations. Everyone was a professional and job well done. I would recommend them and use them for my flooring needs in the future. Their score should be a 10+ in my mind because of the experience we had.

Direct flooring of Dixie Mississauga did my entire floor on the upper floor in my house. My builders was asking for double that price. They did a magnificent job better than my builder. I have issues with my hardwood floor my builder installed on the main floor but haven't hard any with direct floor. You can see the nails from my builders. I had to be searching for direct floors nails. They are there but they did such a good job you can hardly see it. I love my floors. Very friendly Lady Josey. I would recommend them to anyone. Remember it is direct flooring in Dixie. Great job.

I've done a lot of renos & design projects, but I've never encountered retailers or trades that made me feel more like family than a customer.
I chose a new-ish product that does not yet have a lot of presence in the market. Choosing from a 20x20 sample, I did not get quite what I expected. Josie stuck her neck on the line and mediated with the distributer to rectify the entire situation. She put her own business on the line to make sure I was happy with my selection. Her, Al and all the others in the shop were friendly, jovial and extremely helpful from the first day I walked in with twin toddlers running amok, to the last time I went in on crutches! There is noone better to deal with about such a major decision for the home.

I saw the review from a tile customer and thought I should as well share my experience with Floors Direct West Mississauga. This company is excellent. I had excellent service and was 100% satisfied. I am sure if you had brought your concern about the difference in colour to them before you installed the Tile, they would have taken care of it. Once you install the product, especially as your own contractor installed it, you have accepted it as the right product. My experience with this company was excellent and I recommend any one to them 100%. The quality of their service is superb!!

Wanted to match tile purchased several years ago, store told us same tile available. It was not the same shade and we noticed after our contractor installed. Owner Josie yelled at us (I am 8 months pregnant), told us even a child knows that (repeated 3 times). Shrugged all responsibility for not informing us, blamed the contractor, used the word 'hell' and walked away from us. BUYER BEWARE!!
