I used Ferguson's to move from Vancouver to Penticton. From their estimator (very accurate) to the movers used at both ends I have never had such consistently professional, courteous and well run service. I moved with Ferguson's from Bowen Island and my driveway was so steep that moving trucks couldnt even fit. Ferguson's arranged for a pickup truck to shuttle everything down the driveway. It was a really hot day and my husband and I worried for the workers. However, when they arrived, they told us they didn't mind and if we never heard a single complaint. On quote, friendly men, would use again. (hopefully I don't have to move again soon though)

We found the folks at Ferguson moving to be tremendous. They handled our move with relative ease. We moved from Calgary to Maple Ridge and they helped make it easy for my family. As you can imagine with 5 people (my Wife, Mother-in-law, 2 young kids) it was tricky. They made the move without any damage, on time and at a reasonable price. The driver and handlers were courteous and professional. The crew at the office were also very friendly...I'd recommend them 100%.

We chose Ferguson Moving to assist us with our recent house move and I cannot express how we were with their service. From original estimate to final invoice they were excellent. The movers were hard working, friendly, careful and each piece of furniture was individually wrapped to protect it from damage. At the move out end, they arrived on time, lay carpet throughout the house where they were walking and took incredible care with each item and box. At the move in end, again they laid carpet, unwrapped each item and placed it where we asked. All the movers were courteous, professional and hard working.

Administratively, they offered fair pricing, were easy and professional to deal with, invoiced accurately and, as a small bonus, they offer HBC Reward Points!

In short, they made the nasty job of moving as easy and pleasant as it could be!

I would recommend Ferguson Moving and Storage to anyone planning to move, they were TERRIFIC! I have used other movers before that were mediocre, but Ferguson really does a wonderful job. The move went above and beyond what I expected which was a pleasant surprise. The movers were very courteous and experienced. They even brought floor runners to protect my home! All of my furniture was wrapped and handled carefully. It was certainly a hot and long day I am impressed with the dedication to my move. Thank you for the Red Carpet Treatment, literally!

I hired Ferguson because they were supposed to be the best. They broke my marble dining table, scratched a $12,000 painting, lost an antique carafe stopper, broke the glass on two prints, broke a bowl they had packed and broke a glass vase. In all my moves I have never encountered this type of damage and loss.
