I hired Ferguson because they were supposed to be the best. They broke my marble dining table, scratched a $12,000 painting, lost an antique carafe stopper, broke the glass on two prints, broke a bowl they had packed and broke a glass vase. In all my moves I have never encountered this type of damage and loss.

Dear Geoff, thank you for taking the time to write a review for our company. I would like to personally apologize on behalf of our company that your move had damaged effects. We received your claim form on December 8th 2009 which only listed broken glass from 2 poster frames. The claimed damages totaled $94 which was paid immediately by our manager. Geoff, as offered previously, you are welcome to file an amended insurance claim form. We are fully insured and the offer is still open if you should choose to contact me.
