What more can you ask for! Showed up on time, didn't break anything, and they helped get our cat out of a tree. I don't know what I would have done about that darn cat if it wasn't for them.

From start to finish the whole process was smooth and the movers themselves were great! I saw firsthand just how lucky I was to have chosen Ferguson Moving and Storage. On my move day another tenant in the building was moving and had chosen different company. The landlord said to me “wow, it sure is night and day between those two companies. From the moment you arrived to give us an estimate, to the moment the door closed behind the crew on Friday, we experienced outstanding customer service from everyone at Ferguson. As you know, we just purchased our first home so there was definitely an added layer of nerves that accompanied this move. Thanks to you and your incredible team we felt confident every step of the way and our nerves quickly disappeared.
Tom, Mike and Julian were AMAZING! They were punctual (actually a minute early!) professional, organized, friendly and they took such care with our belongings. As you also probably know, the unit we moved into was brand new and never lived in - there was not one scratch, ding, scuff, or mark left behind and we cannot tell you how important that was to us. Please pass along our most sincere thanks and appreciation to all three.

On Saturday morning after all the boxes were unpacked, we called Frog Box to come collect the 10 free boxes. They quickly got on the phone to Ferguson and within 2 minutes we received a call from Paul who assured me he’d be over in 45 minutes to collect them. Sure enough, 45 minutes on the dot later, Paul arrived and within minutes he cleared the boxes and was on his way. Once again, Ferguson exceeded our expectations.

Trevor, like I said, from start to finish our experience was perfect! We cannot wait to refer Ferguson o friends, family and whoever else we can!!

Ferguson's provided home moving services for our elderly Mom last year. Mom was very pleased that all her most precious objects and memories were handled with great care and respect in the transfer from one home to another. The movers were punctual, friendly, and obviously well trained in top notch customer service. Under Lorne MacInnes'leadership and with the professional training given to all Ferguson employees', the movers' work brightened a fairly stressful day for an elderly lady. Recently I had the experience of organizing a move from Los Angeles to Vancouver and Patricia at Ferguson Moving went above and beyond to provide excellent service. We were very concerned about who would be sent to the house in Los Angeles, as we didn't have our usual connections there, but Patricia arranged a "white glove" moving estimator to attend. From the packing, to the day of the move, and the day-to-day reporting from the moving van driver, we felt reassured that everything would arrive safely. The driver met us at Customs and walked us through the red tape. It wasn't only a calm experience but a thoroughly enjoyable one!

I have moved several times in my life and can honestly say that I have never felt more at ease with a moving company then with Ferguson Movers. I had to make arrangements for this move last minute and they were so accommodating with such last minute notice. Andy was fantastic throughout the move and took many precautions to ensure the furniture we had rented was safe. Even with the stresses of not knowing the entrance to the drop off point (which was completely my error as it was a new building) Andy was in great spirits and had a huge smile waiting for me at the truckload. He even waited for me as I was late coming to meet them. I wish to thank all of you at Ferguson, from booking the job to loading the truck it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had!
