Good morning Trevor, I know Chris called and spoke with you on Friday, but we wanted to make sure our glowing reviews were also noted in writing. From the moment you arrived to give us an estimate, to the moment the door closed behind the crew on Friday, we experienced outstanding customer service from everyone at Ferguson. As you know, we just purchased our first home so there was definitely an added layer of nerves that accompanied this move. Thanks to you and your incredible team we felt confident every step of the way and our nerves quickly disappeared. Tom, Mike and Julian were AMAZING! They were punctual (actually a minute early!) professional, organized, friendly and they took such care with our belongings. As you also probably know, the unit we moved into was brand new and never lived in - there was not one scratch, ding, scuff, or mark left behind and we cannot tell you how important that was to us. Please pass along our most sincere thanks and appreciation to all three. On Saturday morning after all the boxes were unpacked, we called Frog Box to come collect the 10 free boxes. They quickly got on the phone to Ferguson and within 2 minutes we received a call from Paul who assured me he’d be over in 45 minutes to collect them. Sure enough, 45 minutes on the dot later, Paul arrived and within minutes he cleared the boxes and was on his way. Once again, Ferguson exceeded our expectations. Trevor, like I said, from start to finish our experience was perfect! We cannot wait to refer Ferguson o friends, family and whoever else we can!! All the best to you and your team.
