Express Rooter Plumbing

I’d fitted a saddle valve to a whole house humidifier, and after a while it would not shut off, nor would the solenoid. I could replace the solenoid and live with it but decided to do a full job and got ExpressRooter in to replace with ball valve. Job was done to spec, neatly, cleanly and quickly. The customer service end was efficient, courteous and effective. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are too expensive. It ended up costing me $700 to snake a drain and change a bathroom faucet. The owners/managers of the company don't interact with the customers and hide behind their dispatchers.

I had to call a plumber for what I knew was a difficult job.my kitchen sink would not drain,my 25 foot snake and Drano did nothing.i choose express rooter by sheer luck and I was happy I did.the plumber arrived at the appointed time and my drain was cleared after 3 hours, difficult job indeed. I was charged what I thought was reasonable and am very satisfied.i will call them again and recommend.

The service person Frank was very knowledgeable and up front about the costs before beginning the work. He arrived earlier than I expected which was fine with me. He ensured I was fully satisfied with the work done on my kitchen sink before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company and Frank as well.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. But it was main pipe to sewer was clogged with 30 years of virtually solid kitchen grease. Uri arrived on time and did an awesome job clearing it. Fast excellent professional service Thanks!

We were very pleased with the excellent service we received. We chatted with a rep on line at 3:30 in the afternoon. They stated that they would have someone qualified to be at our home between 5 and 7 PM. At 6:00 PM they arrived, replaced a leaking sink trap pipe very quickly and were gone by 6:30.
Considering that the company who services our building said they couldn't look after us for over a week, we felt very fortunate to have found Express Rooter Plumbing.
We found them to be exceptional.

Our home inspector suggested we look into installing a backwater valve at our property to avoid drain backups into our basement. We called several plumbing companies for quotes on the job. Jason from Express Rooter Plumbing arrived and gave us the best price. Within a couple of days, Jason arrived with some workers to open up our basement and install the backwater valve. They worked quickly and we were amazed at how clean they left the job when they were finished. I will be using Express Rooter for my plumbing work in the future.

Shower in bathroom wasn't giving adequate pressure. Cartridge needed to be replaced. Tom was great! Came back several times to help us in finding the right cartridge (this was a very specific brand), and then made sure he installed it correctly. He was very diligent. Great company, great service, great work!!! These are my go-to plumbers from now on!

This company was recommended to me by a friend.

My shower had low pressure because some of it was still coming through the faucet. We were told we needed a diverter and the plumber wasn’t sure how long it would take so he quoted $350 plus tax.... an hour and a half later, it was all fixed.

They positioned a flat rate as a benefit but it sure doesn’t work out for the client when the price they quoted was way higher than it should have been. And they aren’t willing to adjust it to a more reasonable amount when the work is done. No response from customer service when I brought it to their attention.

I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
