Express Rooter Plumbing

This company was recommended to me by a friend.

My shower had low pressure because some of it was still coming through the faucet. We were told we needed a diverter and the plumber wasn’t sure how long it would take so he quoted $350 plus tax.... an hour and a half later, it was all fixed.

They positioned a flat rate as a benefit but it sure doesn’t work out for the client when the price they quoted was way higher than it should have been. And they aren’t willing to adjust it to a more reasonable amount when the work is done. No response from customer service when I brought it to their attention.

I wouldn’t recommend this company based on my experience.
