We put down a new floor in the bathroom and when the toilet was re-installed, there was a pipe that was leaking. Thankfully it was not a huge leak but it was still a concern.
CONS: Seems expensive. Almost $400 for a plastic part and 30 minutes of work? Well, and also the know-how, I get that. But I'm thinking I joined the wrong profession!
PROS: I called on Monday morning around 9:30 and they were able to schedule someone between 10 and 12. He arrived around 10 and was very friendly and helpful and took care of things quickly. Nice dry floor!
