I just had the most wonderful experience with a professional young man from your company , Mark. My toilet needed a repair with the flapper and another working part. Mark was very professional and extremely courteous. He took time to explain fully the problem and showed this senior a great deal of respect. He went above and beyond in his service and he is indeed a credit to your company. Also, I might add that the gentleman who arranges the bookings initially is a delight to talk to .
