I just had the most wonderful experience with a professional young man from your company , Mark. My toilet needed a repair with the flapper and another working part. Mark was very professional and extremely courteous. He took time to explain fully the problem and showed this senior a great deal of respect. He went above and beyond in his service and he is indeed a credit to your company. Also, I might add that the gentleman who arranges the bookings initially is a delight to talk to . This morning I contacted ExpressRooter regarding an ensuite toilet with very low water pressure and one that constantly drips. By the afternoon Yuri and his partner ( sorry I forget the name) came to the rescue. This toilet was old and the one item that we did not replace when we moved into the condo 3 years ago thinking it was fine. In the past 3 years we have had 3 plumbers into check the problem each one assuring us that they had solved the problem. Yuri was the first to suggest replacing the toilet completely as he could not guarantee the problem would be solved. As the toilet was over 20 years old I thought he was probably batting 100 with this. We bought a new toilet and then our plumbing experts came back to install it. I wish other plumbers had been as honest with us and saved us a great deal of late night choruses of dripping water. These men were professional, courteous and a credit to their company.

This morning we received excellent service in repairing two toilets in our condo. We previously (10 months prior) had work done on the same issues ( a slow drip for one tank, and intermittent running in a second toilet) at a cost of over triple the cost which obviously failed. Gabe came highly recommended to us and he did not disappoint. He was professional and most pleasant. We did notice that he installed new parts in both toilets ( which had not been done by the aforementioned plumber). He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problems were and how he had corrected them. From this day onwards he will be kept on my speed dial if I need a plumber.

Today we had James tune our upright piano. As he and his crew had previously moved our piano when we relocated into the city we were confident that this too would be beautifully handled. We were not disappointed. James did an excellent job on the tuning ( which we had neglected for 2-3 years). It was an extensive and time consuming job for him but successful. We know now it is important to keep up with an annual tuning. I would highly recommend this professional and most courteous young man for ANY job involving a piano. His website is very informative.

RECENTLY WE MOVED INTO AN OLDER CONDO WHICH HAS OLD FORCED AIR/HEATING UNITS. THREE FILTERS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN SOME TIME AND NEEDED TO BE REMOVED , WASHED,OILED, AND PROPERLY REFURBISHED AND REINSTALLED. ERIC, WAS MOST ACCOMMODATING AND INFORMATIVE REGARDING BOTH THE CARE AND QUALITY OF THE UNITS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HAVE HIM BACK TO SERVICE ANY PROBLEMS WE MAY EXPERIENCE IN THE FUTURE!

I am so pleased to write this review. We recently moved from a house to a condo and James and his crew moved our upright piano. We found them to be most professional, reasonably priced and extremely courteous. Having sold another piano and watched a "professional mover" remove that from our home..the difference was like night and day. The PianoInside crew was outstanding in how they protected our piano. Do not look further for a better mover...no need!

This morning Adrian came to install a new toilet for us. We found him to be most efficient and friendly. He was prompt in returning our initial call and we will not hesitate to call on him in the future for our plumbing needs.

This afternoon we had a most remarkable service man come to work on our fireplace, Nimo Mansouri. His expertise in identifying and rectifying our problem with the fireplace was only surpassed by his obvious strong worth ethic and professionalism. In this day and age seldom have I had such a conscientious service person in my home. From arriving promptly on time, to consistently checking his work for safety, and to meticulously cleaning up after the job , he was a pleasure to have in our home. This young man is a credit to his company . We will definitely be calling on AtlasCare in the future for any other work we may need and will be recommending this company to our friends as well.
