Elite Concrete

Our bakery floor was in horrible shape with cracks and sunken areas. I found Elite on Homestars and contacted Raffy for a quote to replace it with a new concrete floor. Raffy provided a reasonable quote within a couple of days so we decided to hire them to do this work. The new floor looks great and we are very happy with the overall experience we had with Marcelo and Elite's staff. Thanks for a job well done!

We hired Elite Designed Concrete to design and construct our patio, walkways and porch overlay. Raffy and Marcelo were both great to work with. They were patient and always cared about the final outcome of their staff's work. Their crews showed up promptly at 7:30 everyday and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. We were regularily updated on our project's progress and the only delays were a result of rain. We have no reservations in referring Elite to anyone requiring concrete work.

We hired Elite to replace the crumbling, aged concrete around our pool equipment and in the backyard, then decided to have our front patio and driveway done at the same time. Elite's service was exemplary; their crew was professional, courteous, and accommodating. They worked from dawn until dusk to get the work done in a timely manner. Our biggest concern was the concrete around the pool. We were forewarned that the coping around the pool might be damaged, but the Elite team was extremely careful, using a jackhammer for a few seconds, then removing the pieces of concrete by hand. Laborious work, but our coping remained intact. Love the finished product - the colour, the design, and the product. Also concerned that, after sealing, the concrete would be slippery when wet. Elite assured us that their product would not be slippery at all, and they were right. Their follow-up also excellent, determined to ensure that the customer is happy. We are.

We hired Elite Designed Concrete to build a concrete foundation for an outdoor BBQ and fireplace we were building for our client. Marcelo supervised the work of his staff and was always available by phone or email to answer questions. Everyone was

They executed plan 100% as per the drawing, and 4 weeks ahead of the schedule. There are pro contractors, average contractors, and contractors you just want to run away from. Elite Designed Concrete definitely fall into the pro category. After getting some quotes from other companies we were somewhat skeptical but then we found Elite on Homestars. We are very careful when it comes to hiring contractors. After reading all the great reviews we gave them a call. We met with Raffy and he provided a quote and list of references. We visited some of them and spoke with a few owners and we were very impressed with the workmanship and comments. Marcelo was very helpful in bringing our plan to reality and always answered any questions we had. The crews were professional courteous and always cleaned up and the end of the day. The final results exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend them.

Raffy, Marcelo and their crew were really top-notch. Raffy was great in responding to our initial inqury and set up the job very quicky. Marcelo was very patient with us and helped us with our final design. The crew was efficient and professional. They even filled out flower bed with a garden soil which we did not expect. Overall, we are very happy with Elite and would definitely recommend their service.

I am very pleased with the job that Elite Design Concrete has provided. I chose the company based on the great reviews on this site. At the beginning I have received from the company a list of addresses where they have done some work. I went to see some of their work and everything looks amazing: the quality of work is very high and the finishes are perfect. They have offered me the best price. Even though I only wanted to build a retaining wall Raffy took the time to explain me the process and different options . He kept in touch with me during the entire process, providing me with the progress of their work. The actual job was done by Marcelo and his team: they were very professional and all of them work very hard to finish on time.
