After dealing with very unprofessional company we were pleased to deal with Elite. Raffi and Marcelo were courteous, honest, experienced, on-time, and took pride in their work. The workers were also skilled and professional. We were so pleased with the results we would highly recommend them. Elite is a company that values customer service.

We hired Elite to do our front stairs, walkway, sides of our driveway and the stonework for our flowerbed. The project was diligently done to our specifications, on time and within budget.
From the beginning Raffy was a pleasure to meet with. He set out realistic timelines and continued to communicate with us until we got to our start date. Marcelo was of great assistance in helping us make decisions with respect to the final details. He spent a great amount of time going over the entire project and ensured that we would be happy. Marcelo oversaw the work and was available all the way through for follow up questions. The crews were on time, very courteous and respectful, and cleaned up spectacularly after each day. Overall we were very impressed and are extremely happy with the final results. We would definitely recommend the Elite.

In spring of this year, we finished a major renovation on our house but our front and back yards were still a disaster. We needed a contractor who can handle everything. We needed to remove and build a new driveway, front stairs and porch, all walkways, backyard patio, shed pad and garden walls. We wanted to maintain a modern look throughout so we chose the Limestone finish. We also needed to design the landscape, remove all sod and tree stubs and plant everything as per design.

We are very happy that we found Elite Designed Concrete.

From the first appointment when Raffy came by, he was very professional, and honest. Never over promised but always stood by his word. With plenty of references and recommendations, we figured he will be very busy and might be late to start, but the date he promised to start the work, was the date his crew showed up.

Marcelo and the whole Elite crew was great. Always courteous, professional and accommodating. Concrete work entails many stages like framing, pouring, letting is dry then cutting and finally cleaning and acid wash. We really liked the fact that Marcelo stopped by to introduce himself a week before the work started, and explained all the stages of work and what to expect. When the crew came he was around and was always there to answer any questions in person or on the phone. They even suggested and took care of a couple of small extras free of charge to make our front and back yards look amazing.

Once the concrete was all done and we were satisfied, Raffy sent Ashley with her landscape crew to put soil, plant sod and flower gardens. They did a great job and fast too.

After working with Elite Concrete, I will never work with another company on any of my concrete / landscaping projects. I would strongly suggest Elite to do the work for you. You will not be disappointed. We and our friends love everything that was done by Elite.

I chose Elite Designed Concrete for this job based on all the awesome reviews from this site. And all these reviews are correct...these guys are amazing. The concrete work at my house was the final stage of massive outdoor reno that has completely transformed the yard from an aging high-maintenance let-down, to a spectacular low maintenance oasis. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Elite basically gave my house a facelift from the waist down. Raffy and I originally met to quote the job a year ago, and earmarked August for the start based on the anticipated completion of all the other elements involved in the project. We kept corresponding during the 12 months to give progress updates and had to make a few changes and additions to the quote as well. The job began on the exact date we had anticipated a year in advance. Raffy, Marcelo, Sebastian and the entire crew are the hardest working guys I've ever met in my life. Starting at 730am sharp and working 13 hour days consecutively for excavating and framing in blistering heat. I believe there were 7 or 8 crew members onsite the day of the pour all working meticulously together. While watching the process of putting the pattern into the concrete, you quickly realize that the crew are not just the hardest workers you've ever seen, but that they are also true artists. The meticulous effort on all of the parging alone showed without doubt that the crew are striving for perfection. And the end result is just incredible, it's absolutely beautiful. From beginning to end, whether it was locating bell and cable lines, or last minute landscaping concerns, every request was handled in stride, and every result exceeded my expectations. These guys truly take pride in the creations that they build. Thank you Raffy, Marcelo, Sebastian and the entire crew at Elite for doing such an awesome job. It turned out perfect.

After reading several reviews I felt confident in hiring Elite Concrete for my home reno. Marcelo and Raffy demonstrated diligence in ensuring the job was done to my specifications. Workers were efficient, courteous and hardworking. The site was left tidy after every phase. A new driveway-yay! After several years of twisting our ankles on a cobblestoned driveway and walkway, we hired Elite Designed Concrete to design and replace the old driveway with a new one. In just a couple of meetings we put our trust and confidence in Raffy and Marcelo to come up with something better and more high-heel- friendly. The professionalism, dedication and hard work of Elite's crew paid off and our new driveway is stunning. Our property has been given a much needed facelift and looks brand new. We have had endless comments on the quality work and appearance of the driveway including the patterned circular design in front of the house. Big driveway, big job and the best of results. My new house was great but the backyard was a disaster and something had to be done. In our previous home we hired Elite to do a concrete patio in our backyard. I prefer low maintenance solutions in life and decorative concrete, even though it's pricier than other patio solutions - it's maintenance free. My time is more valuable to me than washing, sanding and staining a deck every 2-3 years. So in the new house we had to do it again. I hired Elite and once again they made it painless and I am really happy with the work they did, top notch. Only thing I'd add is try to book them as early as you can.

We have asked for 4 quotes on our project. I had been wanting to improve the look of my back patio and side porch for years but had struggled to find the right contractor.

We searched for a contractor for 4 monthes over the winter a few years ago before finding Elite Designed Concrete on Homestars. Raffy provided a detailed quote and was patient with all of our questions. After having him come back for a second consultation we decided to choose Elite to do the concrete work for our exterior renovation. We had to wait longer than expected for them to start the project as they were booked however it was worth the wait. Marcelo carefully supervised and coordinated the various crews. The Elite staff were always polite and accomodating and we always felt we were in good hands. Although our project was completed 3 years ago, it still looks great to this day. Raffy still checks up on its condition every spring. We have no reservations in recommending them.
