This was our 2nd project with Elite Designes Concrete Inc and their customer service was as amazing as during the 1st project. They executed plan 100% as per the drawing, and 4 weeks ahead of the schedule. Both Raffy and Marcelo are focused on exceeding customer expectations - not just in completing the project itself but in quick responses where questions are asked via email/phone. I would highly recommend Elite for work they do, and they will be on top of my list to call when we are ready for our next project.

Raffy and Marcel have been extremely professional from the start to the end of the project. They were patient with number of questions we had, since this type of project was very new to us, and were very quick to answer them. They have done a great job listening to our needs and bringing them to reality, while being flexible with our design throughout the process. Not only have they completed the job on time, but they were willing to provide advice on few questions we had as new home owners that was outside of the scope of the contracted job. Both Raffy and Marcel were extremely fast in always returning our call or answering our email not only while job was being done, but also once it was completed.
