Drain Works Plumbing

This is the third time I have used this company and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The response time is always quick, the employees polite and courteous. They always leave the area clean and are considerate of the fact that they are in your home. The quotes are competitive and service above average.

When I discovered a blocked drain I turned to the Yellow Pages and having seen DrainWorks trucks in my area I chose them. When I phoned and explained my problem to John, he was so helpful and said he would have someone come that day to check the problem and gave me a specific time. John called a little later to tell me Mike would be 20 minutes late. John, my initial contact, showed me that this company cared about my time. In 20 minutes Mike arrived. He and his co-worker put booties on over their shoes before entering my home; he assessed the situation and x-rayed the drain pipes, even on the city side. Mike then explained the problem, what they would do and gave me an estimate. Mike was so pleasant and explained, in language I could understand, that they had to reroute the pipe from my sink into the main drain and that this would entail digging up a portion of the basement floor. I accepted the estimate and Mike said men would be at my home the next day at 9:00 AM - and they were. The also put on booties and placed tarps throughout the house where they would be working. The work was completed that day with no mess left for me to clean up. The work was unbelievably neat. When digging up the floor to join the new drain to the main drain, they uncovered a huge rock which they took with them to dispose of. Mike had come by to check on the work being done and to see if I was satisfied. He also returned when the work was completed and informed me that there were tree roots on the City side of the main drain and who to call to have the roots removed. John and Mike are wonderful representatives for DrainWorks, the workmen were fastidious and efficient.I had plumbing work done before, which turned out to be a disaster:we had to replace a badly mangled ceiling by workers who didn't care about anything except replacing a pipe. The people at DrainWorks do care about your home and take extra care not to mess it up. Kudos to John, Mike and their plumbers!

Mike & Eric arrived promptly, near the beginning of the 12-3pm window promised by Massimo.

Mike was able to clear the sink clog by removing & cleaning the pop-up plug. He also showed me how to do the job next time. I wasn't charged for this service.

Mike & Eric then quickly snaked the shower drain. They were prompt, polite and did the job quickly without leaving a mess.

I would definitely recommend DrainWorks to anyone with a drain problem.

We had a clogged toilet as well as a shower drain that was slow draining ~ Matt cleared the toilet clog and snaked the shower drain to get everything flowing again. He also provided handy tips on how to keep things flowing in the future. We had a great experience with Drainworks and would definitely use them again.

I called Drainworks in October to install new pipes,faucet,shut off valves, and drain pipes for my kitchen reno. It was excellent service right from the start, from the first phone call, to the confirmation, to the day before reminder and finally to the attendance. Most professional company I have ever dealt with. Phil arrived and immediately stated what he was going to do and use for the job. After the quote he went through every little detail. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Great job. If I ever need anything done again I will be calling Drainworks. Just to know when you call that they keep their timely appointment is enough for me. I am tired of calling trades people and waiting half the day sometime all day for them to arrive.

Drainworks was a bit more expensive than other options, but the fact that they are non-commission based was very important to me. Service was fast and friendly and effective. They didn't try to sell me on work I didn't need, and showed up when they said they would. They pay $25 for reviews, with no regulation on what type of review you write.

I was beyond impressed with the quality of the staff at Drainworks. They were polite and professional and took the time to explain everything to me. There service level is also exceptional and they really took care to keep the area around their worksite in great condition. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work you need on your home.

Drainworks provided timely, efficient, and friendly services. As a new homeowner, I was concerned that my experience would be stressful but with the expertise of Armando, I was made at ease. Thank you Drainworks for making my first Reno work pleasurable!

I was told I didn't have a basement drain and was looking at having one put in. I called Drainworks based on the reviews I saw on homestars and was very satisfied with their work. The two gentlemen that came found the drain that no one else could locate, showed me that my drains were actually in great shape, and saved me from spending unnecessarily on a new drain. They even changed the tubes on my washing machine that had started rusting, and levelled it for me to stop it from rocking back and forth during wash cycles. Thanks Mike and Eric.
