Mike & Eric arrived promptly, near the beginning of the 12-3pm window promised by Massimo. Mike was able to clear the sink clog by removing & cleaning the pop-up plug. He also showed me how to do the job next time. I wasn't charged for this service. Mike & Eric then quickly snaked the shower drain. They were prompt, polite and did the job quickly without leaving a mess. I would definitely recommend DrainWorks to anyone with a drain problem.
