Three months after the purchase of my first home I discovered long-term back-up issues. Mike was very professional and he wrote out several quote options, and provided me with his phone number should I have any questions. I agreed to have Drainworks come and replace the pipes at the outside of the house: the main issue with the problem.
While that work was being done, I repeatedly told the workers that I didn't think it was a good idea to have the cleanouts in my driveway, right under where my tire would be. They told me they didn't have a choice. This led to me using another company for the bigger part of the job.
I researched what they had told me: I called the city and confirmed that the pipes could, in fact be placed on the grass instead. I called a DrainWorks supervisor with this information, and and they came and moved the cleanouts to the grass.
I have regretted not staying with DrainWorks because despite that issue, I do think they know what they are doing.
