Sewer backup services

If I could have given Drain Rescue 10 stars I would have been delighted to do so.....From Jason their licenced plumber to the excavation crew to Rebecca their Project Coordinator to Olga their services manager these people were professional and efficient in all my experiences with them. They communicated well with both my restoration company Shield Restorations as well as my insurer.
They not only recommended a backflow control device and installed it but helped me by providing the documentation necessary to qualify for a substantial rebate...Should I ever experience any plumbing issues in the future I certainly wouldn’t have any hesitation in calling them in the future. I would also strongly advocate for anyone needing a plumber for any reason to call them even for a highly complex and difficult job as mine was.

Kitchen pipes burst

My kitchen pipe burst in my kitchen and I Googled - "Plumbers Etobicoke". I found Drain Rescue. Someone answered the phone immediately and although they were busy, they managed to have a plumber at my door within 12 hours (this was not an emergency). Wayne arrived at the time they said he would (imagine that!). He was thorough, clean and above all - honest. Fixed the problem within 1 1/2 hours. He left the work area spotless. Great job. THANK YOU!!

installation of a sump pump and back water valve

I do not wish to disclose my expenses for this work.
The job was explained very clearly to me.
People arrived on schedule and the worked hard to complete the work as specified. Clean up was well done too.
The home inspector approved the work within a few minutes and then the technicians could go ahead to complete the job.
I am happy to recommend this company.

Plumber, pipe repair, toilet and faucet replace

Had some pipe burst because of the frost, toilet cracked and faucet broken. They came and repair during the day. Good and nice workers, call before they come and arrive on time. Reliable.

Reliable, fast service

Drain Services review in Toronto

Toilet in the office got plugged and I called Drain Rescue Plumbers.
He came right away, got the problem fixed and functioning again within two hours.
Since then, I always call them for any plumbing concerns. I also had a sink replaced and some piping redone.
Great service.

Kitchen sink

Drain Services review in Markham

Our kitchen sink was clogged right before Christmas and we call other places and was told it would be 5-7 days. We called drain rescue plumbers and with in two hours they were here and fixed the issue. I would give them ten out of five because they saved Christmas

Pipe blockage

Prompt, informative and first class service. Plumber tried various things before using heavier equipment. Cleared years of "gunk" from pipe line.

Very satisfied customer and relieved it wasn't more serious.
