Our bathroom sink got clogged and I tried to clear but couldn't. Called Drain rescue who were very prompt with their response and a technician came and fixed it. Excellent service from the technician, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Gave us a few tips on what to do to maintain flow of water. Highly recommend this company.

A call to Drain Rescue confirmed that a backup into the laundry room was caused by multiple shifting and cracking in the old clay drain pipe. Jason worked through the implications of replacing the pipe, installation of a back flow valve, and some other upgrades necessitated by the age of the plumbing infrastructure. All of the work crews did a great job, leaving the basement in a very clean state. The city inspection and approval only took a few minutes and Drain Rescue followed up with the necessary documentation to apply for a city grant. We would happily commend Drain Rescue

They came promptly, unplugged my drain. The also replaced my drain pipe from the kitchen sink to the basement.
The work was satisfactory, no complaints. I think they did a good job.

The man from DR arrived in a timely manner. He was very polite and competent. We had a diagnosis quickly with the aid of fiberoptics and work was started that night. We ended up needing a total replacement of an old tile sewer line as it was partly damaged and partly improperly renovated. The gentleman who did the work was efficient and no damage was done to the carpet or surrounding area. He sealed the room off except the sewer run. At night we were reconnected to the sewer so we never had to leave the house.

Our main drain in our basement had backed up into our laundry tub and bathroom. I phoned Drain Rescue and within 2 hours they arrived and diagnosed the problem. Work began the next morning as a section of the drain had to be replaced. As the work progressed it turned out the entire drainage pipe had to be replaced due to tree roots and the old clay pipe collapsing.
Drain Rescue kept us informed of all the work that needed to be done as they discovered it and they were very thorough in explaining it to us.

Vince arrived promptly after my initial call and was very courteous and professional. He clearly explained what he thought the root of the problem might be, described the steps he would take to identify and fix the problem, and further escalating action that might be required. He was also transparent about the costs that would be involved. I should also mention that this was a late night emergency and that I appreciated the quick response and resolution. Once the problem was resolved, Vince told me what to do to prevent further issues, and how I might first try to address them before calling for assistance. He provided an itemized receipt and provided me with contact info should anything happen with the drain he fixed. I really appreciated his assistance and the professional way in which he carried out his work ( also wore plastic booties in the house)!

On Christmas day our sewage pipe backed up into our basement shower. I called Drain Rescue and they diagnosed the problem and had a crew fix it the next day. While they were fixing the drain they also installed a backflow trap so I'm compliant with today's building code.

Needed a new tap two days before Christmas. Emergency. Repaired within 24 hours of call. Very efficient and thorough. Two valves were also installed. Work done on a Saturday.
