If I could have given Drain Rescue 10 stars I would have been delighted to do so.....From Jason their licenced plumber to the excavation crew to Rebecca their Project Coordinator to Olga their services manager these people were professional and efficient in all my experiences with them. They communicated well with both my restoration company Shield Restorations as well as my insurer. They not only recommended a backflow control device and installed it but helped me by providing the documentation necessary to qualify for a substantial rebate...Should I ever experience any plumbing issues in the future I certainly wouldn’t have any hesitation in calling them in the future. I would also strongly advocate for anyone needing a plumber for any reason to call them even for a highly complex and difficult job as mine was.
