I received the summer package from Dr Green last fall (2016), but my lawn got even worse, half of my grass was gone this Spring. So I called in to cancel my service on April 21. After that I went online to make sure my account was terminated.
To my surprise, there was a charge dated on March 30 and I didn't recall getting any kind of invoice or a note on the service from Dr Green this year.
When I contacted Dr Green on April 24, their customer service said the serviceman went to the WRONG ADDRESS and even though they came back to my property on the same day, they couldn't leave an invoice because they can print only one invoice. And then she said she will get back to me after checking their GPS to see if the service was actually done. As I didn't hear from her, I called in 3 more times, each time they said they will get back to me, but no one did.
6 weeks later, the only thing I received was an overdue invoice. Finally I left a message to the office manager letting her know that I am filing a complaint unless they can provide an evidence of their service. She never called me back. When I asked for her extension, they transferred me to another customer service after putting me on hold for 5-10 minutes. This is when I was told my account was clear of any charges.
I captured my last call to Dr Green on Voice Recorder. (The last customer service got mad when I told her about this.)
After making 10 phone calls and voice messages, being hung up 2 times, and wasting hours, I really hope I am done with them for good. I had to go through all this for the service that never happened.
