Got a new garage door - waited 8 weeks for installation - when installing one of the panels was dented and was replaced weeks after. No complaints. A year into, the nuts and bolts to the operating rod fell off. Called for service and the service manager confessed that the nuts and bolts were not installed correctly / fully. Hence, in talking to customer service or the accounting department after having issued an invoice, was like talking to a wall. She could not move beyond telling me that 'it was a service call'! If they have installed the door, who else would I call in their place? The manager was to give me a call, did not call. Called again for the manager, still waiting to hear almost two months later. I have paid $106.00 for having put the two nuts and bolts in place!! Is this ridiculous or what? entirely due to their technician's inefficiency or miss!! I will never recommend this company to any one of my family or friends ever! Extremely disappointed at them not accepting and acknowledging their error. Appears like they're all family, back one another and juggle the customer between customer service and accounting department. Absolutely unethical conduct of maintaining good business with their client who paid a bundle for the door!
