As a first time customer I was very impressed with the service from Dodds'. The process from beginning to end was handled promptly efficiently and professionally. The garage door opener/tracks/remotes were replaced by a personal, knowledgeable installer who worked quickly and was thorough. Our kitchen overhead halogen pot lights tended to overheat despite using a manufacturer rated bulb. The overheating ultimate caused the three way light switch to blow along with the lights. The internal pot light wiring was fried so we needed to replace the entire kitchen set. We had the repairs/replacement completed by Trevor of Dennis Electric within two days. Trevor identified the problem immediately, and supplied replacement LED lights and bulbs the next day. All work was done on time as scheduled and the quoted price maintained ($450 parts and labour). Wlihelm the technician from Amp Champs arrived in a timely fashion at our Collingwood condo to replace an aging stove hood including a fan and light attachment. Additionally Wilhelm replaced a combination smoke alarm and CO2 detector. While the hood fan was already purchased Wilhelm had the smoke alarm/CO2 detector on hand. The electrical work was completed very professionally at a reasonable cost. Wilhelm was also extremely tidy and offered sound advice. Derek and his team trimmed a couple of trees on our property and removed a 40 year old tree and stump that had been damaged during 2014 ice storm. Work was exceptional. Area was cleaned perfectly. All complete in under 3 hours. Derek and team are knowledgeable and highly professional. The very best in the business!
