I was given a lot of information over the phone about the difference between makes and models. After deciding on a lift master pro belt system the lady explained how to care for the machine. This lady at Dodds was more than helpful and made me feel like I definitely made the right choice in using them.
The installer came right on time and had everything installed in a hour or so. He left no mess and was very pleasant.
Dodds is the obvious choice as their customer service is top notch.
