I'm so pleased to have met Lyle and the Designer team. We had Silhouettes installed earlier this year and now got some custom drapery made up. Both times, we got excellent service & great prices. They stand by their commitment to customer satisfaction guaranteed. Silhouettes look lovely, and our goblet pleated drapery is fabulous. I don't know much about drapery or blinds for that matter so it was great to work with someone who actually knows what they're talking about and took pride in educating me on the products before I made my decision on which one to buy. I shopped around before i went to designer window fashions and most just wanted to sell the product and couldn't even answer simple questions like how to clean the product - if you're going to sell, KNOW what you're selling.

We went to a store in Mississauga and were surprised by a vast collection of blinds, shades and drapes. We found what we were looking for and the price was reasonable. The installation was promised in 2-3 weeks but it was delayed due to incorrect measurements by a couple of weeks. In spite of this we are happy with the work done by Charles. The blinds look awesome! The customer service is professional and polite and always gets back to you. Thank you.

Customer service is what is all about. Recommendations - good ones; price - comparable, service - came in and installed on Christmas eve...totally awesome. The consultant, Lyle - was very personable. The quote was the best we'd had for the brand name we wanted. It included installation, which was well done by a pleasant man named Charles. Where things were less good: communication within and from the office. We called at the 5 week mark when we were told it would take 3. More than 2 messages were not answered. In the end it took probably 7 weeks for them to arrive and be installed. Some of this was because the installer was sick, which was understandable. Overall satisfaction 8/10. Office communcation 2/10.

John was extremely helpful and very professional. He made all the right recommendations for our new home and we were very pleased with his service. The customer service team also kept us up to date with our order and it was installed before the promise date.
We certainly appreciated that the installer, Charles, that was sent to our home respected our home. Most don't have respect for other people's homes and walk in with dirty shoes, but this installer was extremely respectful & wore shoe covers as a precaution and did such a clean job.
We love our Silhouettes on the main floor, and will definitely consider the team for the 2nd floor in the future!

Based on the mixed reviews I count myself fortunate as my experience with Lyle was relatively positive. I met him at the Design Show and had a show offer that was compelling enough to have him offer some recommendations on a sliding door and kitchen window covering. He offered a type of shade that was not readily available by other suppliers so we opted for his company. Minor delays, by in large not a big issue. The contracted installer had some trouble with installations and was not the most careful nor experienced. In the end, good product and quite pleased with the overall experience.

Honesty is a rare commodity these days, and when the owner of the company keeps money in your pocket by educating you, explaining that a needless upgrade a competitor wanted you to buy into would do no greater a job than a standard honeycomb blind, that\'s true class.
