Tony is easy to work with -- we got through some difficult scheduling - it took months before other work could be completed so that Tony could begin. He stayed in touch and proved reliable. The work done is a magical transformation from what we had before. His crew was courteous and professional. Now we wish we had Tony do our entire house.

Fedor arrived soon after I called the office for a quote. Of a few quotes, his was the best. I chose him because he didn't hesitate like others did when I asked him to use certain materials or building practices. He ended up visiting our home at least 3 times, answering questions patiently each time - before I made a deposit to begin work. He arrived on time with his crew of 2 more men. They were polite, cleaned up at the end of each day, and removed all the garbage at the end of the job. We plan to stay in the house for a long time, so we decided to add more scope to the project after work began. Fedor did multiple inspections and presented options with our budget in mind when we encountered problems. He did not pressure us or try to up-sell. He also did not ask for payment until the work was completed. We did have a disagreement near the end of the job. Doing it my way would have added at least 2 days' labour. He came up with a solution that he promised would work. So I waited until a massive rainfall to write this. Fedor was right - it has not leaked. He also promised to come back and fix it my way when I have other work done in that part of the house. Overall we are satisfied.

The consultant, Lyle - was very personable. The quote was the best we'd had for the brand name we wanted. It included installation, which was well done by a pleasant man named Charles. Where things were less good: communication within and from the office. We called at the 5 week mark when we were told it would take 3. More than 2 messages were not answered. In the end it took probably 7 weeks for them to arrive and be installed. Some of this was because the installer was sick, which was understandable. Overall satisfaction 8/10. Office communcation 2/10.
