After getting several quotes from various HVAC providers around town and looking for reviews and recommendations, I chose Delta to install our new system. We purchased Daikin equipment, particularly a modulating (98% AFUE) furnace and a 16 SEER A/C unit which came with a communicating thermostat and new 5" air filter.
Initial discussions with Spencer were very informative not at all pushy. While I was still deciding, Delta (Spencer) was the only company that reached out to see if I was still interested and wanted to work to get my business. The options and quotes were very well laid out and helped me feel in control of the decisions. When it came to the installation, it was expertly done and the guys (Dale and crew) were very professional. They did a tidy job of installing the new venting required, re-positioning the A/C unit on the other side of the house. Everything looked neat and clean after the installation was complete. So far we are quite happy with the choice we made.
