How disappointing ! I bought a decor-rest leather sectional, I waited patiently, for over 3 months for it, and when it was finally ready, it looked like they made it an hour. All that money, and the seams are all crooked, and the cushions don't fit. One end of the sofa has an open end chaise, the pillow is about 4 " too large for it. It overhangs and looks horrible ! Decor-rest has no customer service department, and there was no one there to respond to my inquiries. Or even to help me resolve the problem. They do not respond to emails. I would not reccomend them, as I am stuck with an expensive poorly crafted sofa. Also, if you go into their showroom at 400 & 7, they kick you out if you aren't there with a representative from a retailer.
