Hratch and his crew did a great job resurfacing our concrete patio, however getting them back to complete repairs to honor there warranty has be extremely difficult . Customer Service is lacking if your someone who believes communicating with your customer is important than I would look elsewhere

Hratch and his team absolutely under delivered. They did a horrible job in my basement. On my main floor, not only did they have to redo the application (due to the product leaving a horrible yellow hue) but they opted to pour concrete down my high velocity heating vents (rather than close them off with paper) and splashed all over my stair stringers. Remember that yellow hue? They completely forgot to reapply to the powder room... so I now have this horrible yellow hue permanently in that room.

I would steer clear of this company at all costs. The attention to detail was remarkably low.

Hratch and his crew did a great job on my new concrete radiant floor that I had them pour in my new house. After the floor was poured, I needed to choose a finish. So, they allowed me to visit one of their other job sites so I could see a completed job. They also made samples of different types of finishes on a small area of my floor that would be covered up anyway by the fridge. I chose the wax polish since it seemed to give the most even, consistent look. After the floor was polished and drying, I started to worry because I didn't expect it to have so much variation and contrast in tone. However, Hratch assured me that it would lighten up and even out, and sure enough it did. The finished product looks beautiful! Thanks Decocrete!

I was extremely happy with the results and my kitchen looks awesome. I had no idea of the many choices I had for a concrete counter top. Hratch was very professional and his attention to detail was second to none. He guided me through the whole process, and was very patient with all my questions. I would use Decocrete again and would recommend them to friends.
