Hratch and his team absolutely under delivered. They did a horrible job in my basement. On my main floor, not only did they have to redo the application (due to the product leaving a horrible yellow hue) but they opted to pour concrete down my high velocity heating vents (rather than close them off with paper) and splashed all over my stair stringers. Remember that yellow hue? They completely forgot to reapply to the powder room... so I now have this horrible yellow hue permanently in that room. I would steer clear of this company at all costs. The attention to detail was remarkably low.

Stephen and team installed my Miele appliances (as he stated he was a Miele certified rep) but left my home without leaving any documentation of his certification. After installing my appliances he neglected to leave behind some much needed hardware to complete my fumehood installation (which was covered in the cost). After about 4 phone calls in which I actually spoke to him most of the times... I gave up. Each time he stated he was too busy to return and finish the work. He was also too busy to mail me the document stating that the appliances were installed by a Miele cert rep.

I echo Vince's comments above. Our story was pretty much the same in that the project started off well enough, but then went down hill fast. It took about twice as long as it should have (12 months instead of 7). Thomas at 4th Wall lacks the two greatest attributes in this business. Organization and Communication skills. I often asked for revised project budgets and was told "It was not convenient for him" at this time. The sub-trades complained of not being paid although Thomas always had a retainer on me meaning subs should be paid for work done. He was always late and never apologetic. He was very aloof in that your problems and stresses didn't matter. The mudding and tape job in my home is just deplorable and even after paying the crew in full, could not get them back to repair the work. His site project manager was hired right off the demolition crew that gutted my house. He was not prepared for a project of this magnitude and never will be.

Frank and team did my whole home reno. I'd say things went alright at first, but his team isn't highly focused. They left my home with lines turned off so showers only had scolding hot water and no cold.... my faucets don't sit square. His team dropped plumbing glue all over my polished concrete floor leaving permanent stains. Frank left my sump pump and several other items incomplete and despite trying to get him back, he kept blaming my contractor for missing funds. These guys have probably never seen high end fixtures like Hansgrohe... so don't entrust them to a high end project. Perhaps their wheel house is snaking drains?

Vlad (Nadia & Oleg) did an amazing job by keeping their word, staying on time & budget and following up with promises made. One of the few vendors on my home renovation that didn't drop the ball. Thanks Team!
