The home inspector made some notes about eaves troughs on my new home. After getting several quotes I went with these guys. I had a bit of trouble trying to get a resolution to one issue I had. After a couple of attempts I had a message from Mr. DeAngelo (the Owner) he was concerned and promptly came out to my house in person to get the matter settled. And settled it was as he personally did the work I requested and denied my attempt to pay him.
This kind of concern for workmanship and reputation is not often found and quite refreshing. Thank you for your time and effort I will definitely recommend these guys again.

Poorly installed eavestroughs in November - after several weeks of delay from our quote, they showed up without notice- then the company told me that they installed them incorrectly because they didn't want to create a mismatched paint line on my house BUT NEVER ASKED ME ON THE DAY OF INSTALLATION whether I would prefer them to be installed correctly - when leaking and ice happened all around my house on all four sides, and I called to have them honour their labour warranty, there was nothing but horrible communication from several people at the company, including one project manager who told me 'women don't understand this stuff'. When they finally came to 'fix' the drip edge issue which they created by their faulty installation in March, after multiple calls from me to them over several months, most of the leaking between the house and the troughs was fixed - BUT it's Still leaking inside my house and they came back only to say it's not their work, it's our flat roof. Of course i am not going to go back to them to do another job, so I hire another company. The other roofing company I have hired to fix the flat roof that D'Angelo claimed was the cause of my leaking, which incidentally never occurred (the leaking i mean) until after the initial round of work by D'Angelo's, has inspected the area and told me the interior leaking was mainly caused by poor eavestrough bracketing on the 2nd floor, and that the eavestrough below where they are working is also not draining properly. It has been extremely frustrating to deal with D'Angelo's. BUYER BEWARE. I will be reporting D'Angelo's to the BBB, and I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your roofing needs. Paying someone else to do a huge job, only to be told that the issue of interior leaking stems from the work we paid for in full on the day it was completed is the LAST STRAW.

*in response to the response below: thank you for taking the time to answer this review, although i will say that we had the flat roof replaced and as i mentioned - the company who came to fix our flat roof took off all the layers of roofing, down to the wood, and there was no rot on the wood. the water was running in from behind the eavestroughing that you installed. the company who removed your faulty eavestroughing that was installed over the flat roof showed me how the bracketing was poorly done and created gaps between the trough and the fascia, thus allowing water to leak in and through. after the trouble i went through and the delay and waiting to get responses from you, and the poor quality of the installation fix that you did, i cannot see a benefit to having your company return.

The crew arrived early this morning and worked like they had been doing roofing for years. They seemed to know every step that each other was to do. They worked very professionally, caring for my home, and cleaning up after themselves. The crew leader was named Asou.

I cannot say enough good things about this company ! I had a leak one night during a storm! I called 4 roofers to call me in the morning. D'Angelo's was the only one that did! They were here in the morning, and by evening had put a tarp over the leak until they could complete the job.. ( which was only in 5 days... it was still raining.)Everything went according to schedule,and my place was spotless when they were finished ! A special thanks to DAN my project manager,and WAYNE my roofing specialist who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy every step of the way !! My new roof looks fantastic!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company !

Had roofing, siding and eaves troughs done a few years ago. A piece of soffit blew off in a wind storm. John D'Angelo himself came to replace the damaged section, and then proceeded to reinforce other sections. This was done at no cost. Great professional service

Project Estimator Matt was on time to do the estimate. He provided a complete and professional estimate for the roof re-shingling and the eaves trough replacement. The crew was highly professional and efficient. The roof was done in one day and the eaves on a subsequent day. Cleanup was perfect; I did not find one nail. Project manager Daniel was great to deal with and was totally professional. The new roof and eaves look great and there are no leaks.

We needed to changing our roof and we contacted D'Angeloand Sons. Initially we dealt with Frank then on the work day we had Daniel. Daniel was very professional and he was concern that we were satisfied with the job. We are very please and will recommend D'Angelo and Sons to our friends and neighbours,

I was called the day a before (a Wednesday) and was told that everyone would be there at 8:30 the next day.

I was also told that the job would done in one day. I had arranged to be home that Thursday in case they need anything from me
since I had a work trip coming up the next week.

On the Thursday the shingles were dropped off before noon by a different company and no crew was there at the time including the project manager.

That caused a problem since they did not know exactly where to drop them off.

The project manager came at 2 and still no crew. Finally the crew came at 4 and started. They did about a 1/4 of the roof that day.

The next day they didn't come until later in the day. The project manager mentioned another job was causing the delay. They finished just over about 1/2 the roof overall. Since this was a Friday, nothing was done during the weekend.

The roof was not done until Tuesday.
That does not include the eaves troughs which took the next 2 days.
The project manager told that they had a problem with the person doing the eaves troughs.

After the job was done and the project manager come by I mentioned a nail that I saw on the roof. He said that we would take care of it. Two days later I noticed it again and went up myself.

I not only found that nail but 4 hands full, a knife blade and a screwdriver in the eaves troughs.

All in all the roof does look good, but things like the nails have upset me.

The project Estimator in this company, Jeremie, is very helpful, he helps solve problem not to persuade me to raise budges. The crew are highly professional and efficient. They cleaned every thing after they finished. Project supervisor Jake is fun to deal with. The new roof looks great. I will wait for a few months to see how the new roof holds and update the review:)
