D'angelos crew of Kevin, Rene and Dave were great...hardest workers I have ever seen! got here early and left late with the roof looking fantastic and the cleanup was if they were never here...well done boys!

My husband and I want to thank all the team at D'Angelo's roofing for such a professional roofing job. We had several quotes from other roofing companies, but we chose D"angleo because of their promise to deliver. And we are so glad we made the right decision, because this company is outstanding. I want to thank Angelo for taking me around to different houses to see the colour selections, to Chris and his team for working 15 hour days to complete the outstanding job and Daniel, the site inspector, for his dedication and commitment and hard work to ensuring the job was done to our satisfaction. finding a roofer is like a game of craps u win u lose half the roofers i called didnt return my call or had a truck breakdown at the time one asked me to photograph my roof and he would get back to me?????? then i called d angelo gord the salesman showed up in a great little car and was extremely knowledgeable
and spent a lot of time doing the quote and even went into the attic to check roof status.
Pricing on the job was spot on AND VERY COMPETITIVE FOR ALL THE ROOFING MATERIALS THEY USE.

We are so impressed with the work your company did to our roof! The workers were very professional respectful and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend your company to anyone! We had a great experience with this company. The project manager came by numerous times to check up and make sure we are happy. The crew was efficient and very polite...one took time digging up a bush I needed moved to help fit the bin. The company also honoured the quote they gave us over half a year ago. They were affordable and honest with the quote, telling us extra jobs were not needed. We are very happy with the outcome and final product and would recommend them again .

From the initial contact with estimator Matt who was very encouraging with the state of our roof, he did not pressure us to do right away for the sake of a sale, instead he told us to wait for warmer weather to do the roof. Also he sent someone in the meantime to check and do necessary repairs as to avoid a leak till roof was done. The crew that did the work was on time, and did a very good job cleaning up. Very happy with all the guys that worked on my roof. Project manager Daniel was also helpful in answering all the question we had, and kept us informed as to what was happening, which made us feel very comfortable. Follow up by Daniel before, during, and after the project was excellent. I would highly recommend Dangelos to family, friends, and any of my neighbours!!

Long review, but I believe in providing the whole picture. We started off great...estimate was done as scheduled, and very professionally. The day prior to the "scheduled" work, we received a call that the crew would be at our house between 7:30 and 8:00 am the next day (Wednesday). At 10:30 am, we called the project manager to see where the crew was, and were advised that there was a delay, but they would be there "for sure" by 2:00 pm. At 3:30 pm, another call to the project manager who advised "we are packing up now and heading your way. I assure you we will be there by 4:30 pm". At 4:15 pm, a call from him saying "sorry, maybe tomorrow". That prompted me to call the company directly, and I had the good fortune to speak directly with Mr. D'Angelo Sr. He stated his disappointment at how we were treated, and assured that the crew would be there the following morning.

The next day, Thursday, they arrived as scheduled. GREAT! However...at the end of the day, one of the young men removed the protective plywood around our bay window too early, and the caseing on our window was damaged. Now again, to give credit, they did replace the damaged area the following day, however I will have to recaulk the area as the job they did was quite poor. To add to my frustration, Friday night I was approached by one of my neighbours, who advised that he had to ask the two young men on the project to watch their language, as it was quite foul and was within earshot of her young son. I understand that this is a construction site, but really not necessary for that in a neighbourhood of kids. It is bad enough that they have to put up with the necessary noise of a roof being stripped and refinished. They don't need f-bombs dropped on a regular basis as well.

The last concern I had was that in their printed literature with the quote, the company states "no matter the size of your job, a dedicated project manager is on site during the entire project". Well, not true...at least in our case. In fact, our project manager was surprised to hear that when I mentioned it to him when I called about the damaged window. Most contact we had with the project manager was once the job was done, and that was so he could obtain their final payment cheque. He even called us at 9:00 am Sunday morning to see if he could drop by!

As for the work itself...very good. The clean up was excellent, in fact you can't even tell that they were there. For the work done, I am very appreciative.

Had the project manager been more up front with us about the delays, and been on site as promised within their promotional material, I believe our experience would have been much better, and our property would not have been damaged.
