After a long search and some really bad paint jobs, at long last we finally found Creative Painting. We received an on the spot estimate for required extensive trim work on our nearly 100 year old home. Once we contacted them to proceed with the job, we had a start date within a few days. We emphasized to them our most important criteria; attention to detail, proper prep work and keeping dust level low and low odor paint because of our 2 year old. The results were better than we expected - our trim is beautifully and flawlessly painted, our floors and belongings were protected without any residual dust for us to clean and there are virtually no paint fumes. The job was completed on time, we were dealt with professionally and courteously and we would not hesitate to hire them again.

- When you are looking to do detailed or fine painting such as trim or stairs, make sure you emphasize attention to detail. It is difficult to find good painters for this kind of work; you need painters who are as picky about their work as you. Walls are much easier and less time consuming to paint, and are usually painted far more many times in the life of your home. Trim on the other hand tends to be left alone for years, especially if it is a neutral colour, so you should bear this in mind as you have to look at that paint job for a lot longer. It is finicky work, so you want it done professionally so it looks good for years. These guys surpassed our expectations.
