I purchaed from this company 3 years ago and it was great. They recently installed in my home last week and this has been a nightmare. The wood looks like the cheapest wood i have seen in my life. When i called they said its the same wood they bring as sample and that theres nothing theg could do about it i sent a picture and tried calling and no one replies. Do yourself a favour and stick with the vinyl, atleast it will last.

i called laugh-mans shutters in scarab rough for a quote they were very cheap and i was happy about that O boy when i saw these shutters it was my worst mistake i ever made i call the girl rickelle she even told me they were a mess i would never ever tell any one to buy shutters from this company its a joke

After having Craftsman back for a second quote months later, I hired their services. The salesperson- Chris, was terrific and an all around good guy. He was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable on the product and was pressure free. Within two weeks, they were at my home and installed approximately 240 sq ft of 4.5" clearview oceanview shutters throughout my entire home. I am happy with the way they show and function. Craftsman were good at getting the job done, but the after-sales was a bit dodgy. They're eager to make their money, but it took some time to have them return and fix a few issues I had with the installation. Over the span of nearly two months, I called every week to inquire the status of my warranty work. Craftsman did return three times to correct the already corrected issues. Regardless of that, they were great at making appointments which worked with my crazy work schedule which was extremely appreciated. I would recommend their product but have patience for their after-sales. Thanks Chris.

I installed wooden shutters throughout the entire condo,They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were on time, and did not complete a task until we were happy with it.They not only provide excellent service but they also provide excellent advice.

Overall very happy. More than I wanted to spend but I know that when it comes time to sell it will be a nice upgrade to the house. I beleive I delt with Chris. Samples and all. Different gentleman to install. Well done, looks great and recommended.

Craftsman did our exterior shutters a few years back and just competed 9 interior windows. Phenomenal craftsmanship and very professional installation. I only wish we did not wait so long to do the interior work. It has transformed our 1920's Georgian into a beautiful, full of light home to be proud of.
Call them - we are happy customers now having invested over $6,000 with them. Highly recommended.

The installer is very professional. The workmanship is of good quality. My wife and I are very happy with the product. In fact, one of the pieces had a minor defect and he was more than happy to return for the second time to just exchange that piece. This was done during weekend to suit our schedule. So, overall a happy experience!

We came across Craftman from a sign in the new developnment and called for a price. A very knowledgeable sales person came to the house and measured the windows and within 2 weeks the job was complete. I was very happy with the service and the finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone

I saw this company at one of the home shows. The sales representative were very informative. They came to our home and explained the quality of there products and showed us some of the homes they did. The shutters were installed in a couple of hours.

My wife and I shopped around for prices on shutters for our home. We found Craftsman Shutters and were referred by a friend of my wifes.

They came and gave us an exact quote, and we sat on it for a night. The decision to go with Craftsman Shutters was a good one, we are very happy with how quickly the shutters were built and installed.

If you need shutters for your home, you can't go wrong with this company, they were great, and installation was done in a matter of hours. Compared to the other three quotes we recieved, Craftsman Shutters were by far the cheapest!
