I had friends who recommended Craftsman. I went to their showroom/factory and was given a tour by Chris showing how they make their shutters. A few days later Wayne came over and gave me a quote to install shutters on all my windows & one patio door. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and explained their products and timelines and warranty. He gave me some recommendations. Delivery & installation were done within weeks. One window required a blind and it was a bit of a problem installing it but Wayne came up with a creative solution to make it work. Their customer service was great. I am very pleased with my shutters.

Did a total makeover of our kitchen but were stumped as to how to put in a basement door that allowed for proper air circulation as recommended by HVAC experts. Craftsman came up with the solution: a louvered door! The quality of the door, and the paint colour matching the previously-installed cabinets, were perfect. And miracle worker Wayne somehow managed to fit the door into the not-so-square (original) door frame. Beautifully installed! Thank you, Wayne!

Our 25 year old wood shutters were refurbished and look brand new. We were very happy with the process from start to finish. Excellent customer service and workmanship. Thank you Wayne!

I had my windows recently replaced and needed to get new shutters, as the old ones would no longer fit. I phoned and Wayne came-over to measure and quote the job. Wayne is really professional and knows his stuff. After we concluded that shutters would not fit on one of the windows we came-up with a blind solution that Im really pleased with. The delivery and installation was incredibly fast and I couldnt be more pleased with the results. I have other windows that will need shutters when the renovations are completed in a year or so, and I know whos getting the business! Recieved two quotes from - from two different companies. One of them being Craftman Shutters. ending up using Craftman as they explained the product, what the timeline would be to install the product and what there warranty was. Further to that the the installation was very fast and quick and the installer was very kind.

Craftsman Custom home was amazing! I had shutters installed in my new place. Wayne came and did the measurements and promised they would be installed the following Wednesday, and they were. Mitchell installed the blinds and they love beautiful. It was a neat and tidy job and really elevates my new home. Ive been recommending them to all my friends and family. They came on time, produced and installed a superior product. They have exceeded my expectations.
