I asked fred to come at 10 am and he showed up promptly, He correctly diagnosed the problem. the electrical apparatus had failed and also the furnace needed cleaning. He finished in less than an hour.

we bought our Goodman furnace from cozy world about 3 years ago. I awoke the other night and it seemed that the furnace was no longer functioning. I emailed and left a voice mail for boris. he called back first thing in the morning and arranged to have the installer, Fred, come by to take a look.

Fred quickly resolved our issue and we were up and running.

From the first meeting until the post-installation follow-up communication, things were handled very professionally with Boris and his team. Any questions I had were answered with a balanced view and in the end, some upgrades that I was actually considering doing, were actually not recommended (not needed). I appreciate doing business with a straight-shooting person. As mentioned in other posts, some minor items in my original set-up were done improperly and Cozy World took care of it gratis.
