Our furnace stopped working during the deep freeze. I called Fred in the morning and thankfully he was able to come the afternoon. Fred was friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently explained what the problem was and got it fixed in no time. We are very happy with the job, and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Going through this process with Cozy World was easy and the best choice I could have made. I had enercare over to show me my options and then Cozy World. Hands down, the service/product/support was so much better with Cozy World. I would make the same choice again.

My furnace got red-tagged a few weeks ago. I called around and got a few quotes for replacement, and most were in the same ballpark. However, when I called Fahad (Fred) he came right out to see me, provided a few equipment options, gave me a chance to seek reviews and talk through the options, then set up an appointment to do the installation. All in the same day.

On installation day a few weeks ago his installers were courteous, professional, clean and did a great job. A few hours after they left I had some issues and called Fahad again. He sent his people right back to my house at 9 pm to fix the issue, and he came by himself to make sure I was satisfied.

They're clearly not the biggest company around, but when you're spending big money on something you don't know a lot about, trust is important. I really appreciated them coming in after hours to make sure everything was working perfectly.

Boris is very knowledgeable and provided great customer service helping me choose a furnace and AC that meets my families needs.

The Cozy World crew was amazing: Clean , effective and their craftsmanship was obvious. I have a finished basement and when they were done it was like they were never there. They exceeded my expectations.

The furnace is great , the performance is noticeably better than the old unit. Quieter, more airflow and each register actually emits warm air!

Fred came to our house to quote on the job. He looked at the equipment and measured our house. He even noted the orientation of our house and how much of the basement is above ground level. He suggested several options for us to choose from. As we were looking for high efficiency and quiet operations we decided on the SLP98V furnace and the EL16XC1 air conditioner. There was some duct work to be done as well. Fred drew the schemes so the installer would know exactly what to do. Fred was personable. He listened to our comments and concerns and made suggestions. With that I think we got the best solutions to meet our needs. After the original quotes we did contact Cozy World via phone or email to discuss minor changes, Fred responded quickly and was accommodating.
The installer Kam was very friendly and knew what he was doing. He and his assistant kept the work site clean and the noise level down. Overall excellent job!
We have had the new equipment for one month now. The furnace is working very well, extremely quiet! It is heating all the rooms more evenly than was ever before. We are happy! Won’t be using the air conditioner until next year, and we hope it will be as good as the furnace.

Robert and his team did a terrific job explaining and installing the furnace and Nest thermostat for our home in October. Chose them because of good reviews on Homestars and am glad we did so.

Good company to deal with. Excellent installers and service. Definitely better then local competition. I have dealt with other reputable hvac companies and they don't compare to Cozyworld. I got 4 quotes and their price was fair.

We had a central humidifier installed. It took a couple of hours (including removing our old one). The tech was great, installed and showed me how to use/clean it. Works great. Thanks!

Came home from holidays to a cold house on a Friday evening. Called Fred, after he was finished with another customer he came right over. Assessed the problem, repaired it, and was beyond fair. Totally satisfied. Not only great follow up service after a year + since my furnace/AC was installed but also very helpful and a great attitude as well. Thank you.
